Ipad 13.3 issue with Pro create

I just bought a new Ipad Pro and IOS13.3 was pre installed ...

It doesn't work to download the Pro Create app witch is the sole purpose who I bough the Ipad pro in the first place ...

How do I go back to previous IOS from 13.3?

iPad air 2013 make to iOS 13 Is there a way how you can change the inside (electrical) conpents to be able to upgrade/update your iPad air 2013 make to iOS 13. I'm asking if you can do this in a way that wil not make buying a completely different iPad the better option. If so what parts would you need to change/replace to make it so you can do this? Is there a way to do this and keep your device's data without backing it up. If you do this do you need to back up your device beforehand, or is there a way to do this while keeping your device's memory. Basically is there a way to refrebushish your iPad air 2013 makes parts while keeping your "harddrive" data that doesn't make buying a completely new and latter iPad model?

Sorry, but you cannot downgrade to an earlier version of iOS/iPadOS. At the time of writing, iPadOS 13.3 is current - and Procreate requires at least iPadOS 13.2. iPadOS 13.3.1 (currently in beta) is expected to be released soon.
