How to mute the camera shutter voice in Iphone 11 pro max? I’ve tried everything but nothing works.

Phones sold in Japan and South Korea can not mute the shutter sound. It is illegal to do so in those markets.

What is the model number displayed in Settings>General>About?

The shutter sound can not be disabled on devices made for sale in some countries (Japan, for example).
