About icloud storage
I want to buy 200 Gb for iCloud storage this month. But I don’t wanna buy next moth. If I buy the iCloud storage only one month, what will be happened?

If you cancel it before next month, storage will be reduced back to the free 5GB, and anything you have on iCloud that exceeds that 5GB will be deleted, so make sure you backup anything on iCloud you don't want to lose, once you 200GB go away and you are left with only 5GB.
