In general, it should be turned on if you want to be able to access the internet while away from Wi-Fi.


Beyond that, it depends on what you expect to happen. Roaming determines wether it is able to have internet access when traveling outside of your home country and connecting to foreign cellular carriers. This can be very expensive depending on your cellular carrier company and the plan you have with them. If you don't travel, then Roaming does basically nothing.


VoLTE would generally be on, and on 4G/LTE, if you want to make voice calls over the LTE data connection, and Low Data mode, explains exactly what it does there.


So again, it depends entirely on what you are expecting to be doing and what you need to happen. There is no right or wrong setting.


In general, they should be left as they are by default, everything turned on, and low data mode turned off, unless you have a reason to change any of the settings.
