Account disabled

my account has been disabled and I am not able to download apps update apps or see my music. How do I get this resolved?

If your iTunes / App Store account is disabled then here is some valuable information on how to address it If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support Please follow the instructions in the link and it will help you address your concerns.
