Need dark mode

My phone is saying that it’s updated wit the latest version but I don’t see dark mode on it anymore.. What do I have to do?

Your tag shows you are using iOS 12. I believe you need iOS 13 to enable dark mode:

Use Dark Mode on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you are using iPhone XS Max, you should be able to upgrade to iOS 13.

What iOS version is it on? Check under Settings > General > About.

What you do is go to the settings app then find the “display & brightness” and at the top there will be a light and dark sample display and you can tap on which one you want then your set (works only for IOS 13 and later)
