As a rule, no. See the SOI removal tool if you have the unwanted U2 album in your library. Any other purchases are a matter of record. You can hide what you don't want to see listed, see Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support. If that doesn't work for you then reach out to Apple Support and see if they can help.
