FileVault encrypts Data volume as well?

I'm prepping my computer for re-sale. In Preferences it says: FileVault is turned on for the disk "Macintosh HD".

When I open the Disk Utility app, I see the Apple SSD has under it Container disk1, and under Container disk1 there are two volumes: Macintosh HD and Macintosh HD-Data.

My question is: when Preferences says FileVault is turned on for Macintosh HD, does that mean Macintosh HD-Data is also encrypted?

Yes it does. Also note that in many cases the terminology used refers to both volumes. For example, from About the read-only system volume in macOS Catalina - Apple Support

In the Finder, both volumes appear as Macintosh HD.
