The iPhone 6S can be upgraded to iOS 13.3.
The iPhone 6 can be upgraded to iOS 12.4.4.
The iPhone 6S can be upgraded to iOS 13.3.

Apple has not announced this.
Note the iPhone 6 cannot advance beyond iOS 12, so it is reasonable to expect the iPhone 6S won’t get too many (if any) future major iOS version upgrades.
