Colon symbol in status bar

Question

Recently a colon has appeared in the top right corner, next to the battery symbol on my iphone 11, what does that mean?

I just reset all settings on the phone, which I did not want to do, and when the phone came back on it was no longer there.

BTW, Do you have dual SIMs active on your iPhone 11 (2 phone numbers)?
