I have created a new workout record by accidentally forgetting to end a workout. This means my activity app shows that I have a ridiculous new record and I would like this to be accurate. How do I get rid of this? I have already corrected the mistake on the health app and it only appear incorrectly on the activity app.
Open Apple Health:
click on browse
click on activity
click on workouts
click on show all data
find the workout that is incorrect (write down or remember the start time - it is shown on this page)
swipe left and a delete option will show
click delete
