Corporate GPO

If my corporate GPO doesn't allow me to update to the latest version, how do I connect my iPhone and access my backups?

When I plug my iPhone in to sync or backup on my Mac I get the error message pasted below. My Mac is provided to me by my company and they have not authorized updating as it not compatible with some of our corporate software like VPN connection, backup software, etc. As they test and make changes they tell us not to update due to compatibility issues. Once they resolve those they send an email with the "All Clear" and we can update. This could be weeks if not months. In the mean time I would like to sync my phone as well as back it up, which I can't do as the OS won't let me giving the error message pasted below. Let me know if you need more information.

Since this is a company-provided device, you need to follow their rules ... so your options would be to either perform "over-the-air" updates or use another Mac or PC, hosting iTunes, to do so for your phone. You can also backup your iPhone to your iCloud Drive.
