Are you using the steps here? View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

*If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions."
If you are, and you don't see your existing subscription under your Apple ID or any others that you've used, that would suggest you're billed through Pandora, and you'd want to get in touch with them directly.
