How to upgrade to Pandora Family Plan when I dont see the option on my phone settings?

Thanks for the post! I understand you have a question about a subscription for a third-party app.


Are you using the steps here? View, change, or cancel your subscriptions


"How to change or cancel subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.* 
  3. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for?
  4. Choose a different subscription option, or tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

*If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions."


If you are, and you don't see your existing subscription under your Apple ID or any others that you've used, that would suggest you're billed through Pandora, and you'd want to get in touch with them directly.
