Running CD in a remote drive, full screen. Movie ended, and can not shrink screen to allow access to finder, etc.
rebooted and logged in after extended shutdown, and screen immediately returned to Full Screen CD.
How do I regain control? A

If you have not tried this already, try it.
Move the mouse pointer to the very top of the screen.
When the menu bar drops down, hover the mouse over the green button and choose Exit Full Screen.
