My iPad won't log into the Wi-Fi so I can't get on it and I'm using my Android phone can I fix this

Can I log into my Apple ID on my Android phone and check where I'm signed in my iPad will not connect to the internet and I don't know why I need somebody to help me I can't get on my iPad to do anything

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
