locked iphone

i have purchased the second hand device which is locked now i m not able to use any SIM

I m from India .

please help me from getting the solution as i am so tensed about it because all my savings were gone in the device already .

If it's carrier locked, Contact Support and ask them what carrier it's locked to.

Then contact the carrier and ask them to unlock this phone.
