I want to know when my card will be sent to me because I ordered the card for many days. But nothing updated

The card usually takes 6 to 8 days to arrive. That is assuming that you ordered an actual card, and not a virtual card.
As your card hasn't arrived, you would be advised to contact Applecard at the earliest opportunity.
