macbook pro can not charge

Condition of my Macbook pro battery change for Replace now and I located in turkey which I cannot get Apple services I order a new battery online and I change the battery but the Battery condition Stay the same I fallow all the instruction still no luck please provide me same suggestions What should I do to fix my issue

My Macbook pro is working while the charger is connected and the light of the Adapter always green.
