apple.com/bill

Question

I'm seeing a charge on my bank statement that says: MOBILE - APPLE.COM/BILL 866-712-7753 /CA US CARD PURCHASE

How can I check purchases? I don't buy anything on I tunes and that's the only purchase history being offered by the site - Suggestions?
