network signal dead
My phone’s network signal is dead. Mobile data is also inaccessible. WiFi is ok but making or receiving calls is not possible. Reset the phone to factory setting but of no avail. Reset network didn’t help either.

First contact your carrier and ask if they have a local network outage. And also verify with them that your account is active and provisioned (they will know what those words mean).
