I am from India and news lover but widgets list have no news. I have phone-SE with IOS-13.

News app I am unable to find the news app on my iPad when I search the App Store, it does not show up it is not installed. The shortcut in the widgets area but the whole app is unavailable to me. Any reason why this is happening?
