Safari Bookmarks

Is there a way to transfer my Safari Bookmarks from my 2015 MacBook Pro to my new 7th. generation iPad? When I sign into iCloud & sync the two devices Safari is not one of the options.

Hello,

Is your Macintosh running macOS 10.15.2?

System Preferences > Software Update

I would like to confirm that these options do not display Safari:

Macintosh:

System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > Safari

iPad:

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Safari

I see: No, unfortunately I'm only running OS 10.14.6 - When I went to "updates" it tells me there are none and that I am up to date- Mac OS Mojave. Do I have to get that version somewhere?
