My ipad will not connect to my computer and it is disabled. I cannot remember my security questions so I cannot even reset through find my iphone. If I remove the account from the icloud, will the ipad them be able to be reset?

You need to follow the instructions to put the device into Recovery mode. It won't show in iTunes until then. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
