I can't change country/region in settings

Good day,

I just moved to the states and i need to install some applications and in order to do that i need to change my country/region, but i can't because i am superscribed in app music and in order to change i need first to cancel my apple music membership which i already canceled but it is still active and will expires 19 feb 2020. Any advise so i can change it now ? already tried to delete the app.
