Is my phone hacked?

I accidentally clicked on a notification while scrolling through the internet about subscribing to a calendar. By my mistake I clicked yes and it immediately subscribed me to some random calendar and first thing I did was go delete it. But it had some shady weird link and I don’t know much about these things so now I’m worried I may have given my phone a virus or someone access to my phone. Is there anything I can do to check or something?
