How do I dictate an email on the iPad Pro

I would first make sure its turned on by going settings/ General/ Keyboard and see if dictictation is 1) even in there which it should be and make sure its enabled. Now when using it for sending messages you hve to first click on the message and the little microphone will show up on the bottom left. If you just expect it to show up it wont until you atleast click something on the screen. If this doesn't help then send us a screenshot of what it looks like and if its enabled on the keyboard!
