iphone disabled

hey, i have forgot my iphone's password and got my phone disabled, please help me out so i can reactivate it without loosing my data.

Sorry, but your phone has to be erased, to be able to access it again:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
