I am the host to the "Righteous Leadership" Podcast. I will like to create a QR Code for our show, similar to https://gracecolumbia.org/worship/webcasts/applepodcastqr/ that takes people directly to the subscribe page. Can you help me do this?

You already have a QR code on the page you link to, which leads to

which is your iTunes Store page. The feed for this podcast is at

and the QR code for that is
People can subscribe to that directly in iTunes but they can do so more easily from the 'Subscribe' button on your iTunes Store page in iTunes or Apple Podcasts.
Here it is. Just drag it from this page to your Desktop. You will probably want to rename it. Then you can install it on your page like any other image. It leads to the web page version of your Store page, so people can click 'listen to Apple Podcasts' and from there they can subscribe in iTunes or Apple Podcasts.

and this is the QR code for it:
People can subscribe using this in any RSS reader once they've copied the URL, but they may find the first link easier.
I would suggest posting the URLs as ordinary links as well.
