NEVER disclose such personal info as you have here. Contact Apple Support direct OR just go to Support Help and follow links to recovering your account. They will ask more questions and get you up and running quickly.

Have you changed the phone number in the Security section of your Apple ID? You may need to sign out of Messages/FaceTime to be able to change the number.
