Restore backup to month ago

Somehow my contacts are lost in my phone, I would like to restore iCloud to maybe a month ago

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

If your phone backs up with iCloud every day, that backup is long gone. Every time that you back up, you overwrite the last backup.
