Average track volume

Is there any kind of track scanning feature in Logic X that allows you to know the average volume level of that track?

I produce very long tracks for audio books and need to bring the average volume up to -23 on the LUFS meter before bouncing the track. Short of playing large portions of the track to know where my volume level is and making a best guess before bouncing, it would be a great time saver to be able to scan the track and know its average volume. Thanks for any help on this.

Select All Regions, Functions>Normalize Region Gain>Collective Selection-Loudness-Set a Target Level (any will do, say, -23LUFS). Then Bounce your project with a Loudness Meter as the last plugin of the Stereo Out. That might come out at, say, -21 LUFS.

From now on, before bouncing, Normalize Region Gain> Collective Selection-Loudness-Target Level -25LUFS. This will result in a -23LUFS bounce.
