I am not able to change APN settings, Due to APN settings not showing after update of IOS 13.3

Are you referring to Settings > Genera > About? Or just settings?
Check Settings > General > About and see if you have a Carrier Settings file from Jio.
I have referred “about” in settings also, but there is a option “ Network”, where this option is not editable.
