Free Apple TV+

I have a new 5K Mac but the offer for 12 months free TV is not showing.

The offer should show in the Apple TV app on your new device.

Get Apple TV+ free for one year - Apple

If you did as described in the above linked document, and you still do not get to see the offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist you in getting you the year-offer, if needed using activation codes.
