Internal audio Such as Music and Video is coming to the External Mic

Hi i was calling my friends in an app while watching a video, during the video he told me that he could hear my internal audio, I was using earphones which wont catch the internal audio but somehow it did, it sounded like i was on speakers but i wasn't

Anyhow i tried deleting some multi output devices i added before, messed around with audio midi setup, messed around with the calling app, and the system preferences too.

So if anybody can help me solve this problem it would be greatly appreciated!

OK. This kind of calling app can capture sound from different sources. From the screenshots, it doesn't look to be the case. Unless it is a bug in that version of the app.

Do a Mic test - See the last screenshot above - with music or video playing without talking. Any signal coming to the Mic?

Do a similar test with another call app (Google Hangouts, FaceTime, Skype...). Same problem?

"Headphone used: T110". You mean the cheap JBL T110 wired headphone/Mic? This has unshielded cables which may lead to noise and audio leaking. You may also look for a faulty jack connection.
