Okay, but coming here is not how you request a refund. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. If you requested a refund from Apple, then you should receive an email response. See this for requesting a refund. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Oh that’s because Apple is worried about losing money and they get a money from the app you purchased So even though your purchase is less than a month old and doesn’t work you won’t get the money back.

use this as a learning experience and don’t purchase apps in fact next time buy an android!

I am somewhat ignorant of the process, but I do remember, only once before, purchasing an app from SnoreLab that I wasn’t satisfied with, only $4.99, I requested a refund and received it into my account, almost immediately. That’s why I thought I could request a refund from Apple for third party apps.
