Copy compressor custom export settings to other Mac

Hello,

How can I copy Compressor (V. 4.3.2) custom export settings

to another Mac, where FCPX & Compressor are also installed?

Some look like this:

I had done this in 2012, when the ending of the settings files were ".setting".

When I drag one of these settings to the Desktop, it becomes a ".cmprstng" file!!

And how do I import on the other Mac?
