autocad lt activation problems on catalina 10.15.2

hello,


i've been unable to activate Autocad LT for Mac on my new 16" macbook pro.

I'm on a single-user subscription, so being signed into my Autodesk ID should automatically activate my trial version into a fully subscribed version, but it won't activate.

Autodesk customer support has been ineffective for almost 2 weeks.


has anyone else had this problem?

unfortunately, not my issue...

however, after a week of harassing Autodesk customer service, i was able to get a support member on a teamviewer session to show them the problem and they said it was a network licensing "entitlements" conflict that they had to fix on their back-end.

after they fixed whatever the conflict was, my issue went away.
