Can’t activate TSN on Apple TV

TSN is seriously the worst app ive ever encountered. Millions of broadcasting dollars and they cant even fix this half baked app. I used to use TSN but after about 6 months of 25 bucks a month for a couple raptors games and UFC prelims, it was not worth it. took me 2 months to cancel subscription. No place to call, no replies on email till 2 months later i got a one and only email saying they cancelled it finally.

Now today im trying to activate a day pass for the superbowl and on my apple tv im prompted to sign in on a mobile device or pc to link with the apple tv. i Cant even do it on my macbook cause tsn site is so unsecure my macbook wont let me. but my iphone and ipad both work. After it signs me in on the device, the apple tv is still displaying how to activate while my ipad/iphone are logged into the site with no true direction on where to go. i cannot for the life of me remember how i got it going the first time around but im so frustrated at this whole ordeal i can totally understand why you cancelled. TSN seriously needs to fix this crap. I hope they don't wonder why illegal streams are on the rise, because their lack of support for paying customers is a joke

I am having the same issue. No problem watching the app on the iPad, but can’t seem to activate the Apple TV app. It worked just fine before but now the activation process only results in activating my iPad...

Try signing in on their website first, then go to the page where you enter the code.
