Does an app called BACKUP SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY PHIONE?
Does an app on my iPhone called BACKUP supposed to be on my phone? I know the iCloud does but I’m not sure about BACKUP APP

The only app from Apple that does handle the iCloud Backup is located in the settings for iCloud on the phone.
Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup
There are no other default Apps from Apple for a backup on your home screen
