Deleting review on podcast

How do you delete a review someone else left on my podcast that is both incorrect and harassing? Thank you.

How long does it take for Apple to review and approve a podcast? We had to delete our podcast and create a whole new RSS feed. Everything is up and running now, and the old show has been removed. We submitted the new feed to Apple 12 days ago. I don't remember it taking this long the first time around. Is this normal? I tried finding a support email or someone to contact at Apple Podcast Connect, but I couldn't find anything.
