Reinstall safari on my iPhone 6s Plus??

How to reinstall Safari as default browser on an iPhone 6s Plus. I have read set answers and YouTube videos that say go to Settings>General>Restrictions and be sure is on not off.

Well I have the latest version of updates on my phone and there is no RESTRICTIONS offering in General. Help

my search engine keeps defaulting to Google.

Those videos are old. Look in Settings>Screen Time>Content & Privacy Restrictions.

Safari is a browser not a search engine. Go to Settings Safari Search Engine. You can choose Google, Yahoo, Bing or DuckDuckGo as your default search engine (well in my country anyway).
