Cancel Apple Music Subscription

I signed up for the Apple Music free trial and find that I am not using it so I want to cancel my subscription and need help doing so. I received notice that I was charged $9.99 to my Am Ex card ending in 8008 for order #MQ58WQ1KXX and I will be disputing this charge.

Follow the steps here to cancel it: Change your subscription plan - Apple Support

If you failed to cancel it before it was set to renew, it would have automatically renewed as per the terms of the trial you agreed to and charged you.
