Until an appropriate 64-bit Samsung driver is available from HP, AirPrint could possibly be tested (the Samsung Xpress C1860FW is mentioned as AirPrint-enabled in the article About AirPrint - Apple Support).


For scanning, you may want to take a look at the article Scan images in Image Capture on Mac - Apple Support. Alternatively, if necessary, check whether third-party software like VueScan would work.
