I added an iTunes gift card in the iTunes store. I used it maybe two or three times, and then it disappeared, and I'm not able to use it when purchasing new songs. I tried adding it again, but it won't allow me, because it says its already redeemed. The card was for $50, and I'm pretty sure I only used it a few times, so I should have quite a bit left on the card. Has anyone come across this problem?

Firstly this article tells you how to check your iTunes store balance:
View your Apple ID balance - Apple Support
Just in case you still have money there.
And to see if you might have used it up you can look trough your purchase history:
See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
If you can't make sense of it and think something is wrong you can:
Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
And see if they can find out what happened
