Unable to open application because it will "damage my computer"

Hi. I have been using a program called iTools Pro for quite some time now. Recently, I am unable to open the application and I receive a message stating " "iTools Pro" will damage your computer. You should move it to the trash." I have the option to move it to the trash or cancel. Now, I am aware that this particular program may be a bit sketchy, but I have been using it for a while without issue and frankly I don't really care and would like to continue using it. How can I bypass this message? I would like to open this app regardless of whether Catalina thinks it will damage my computer. I have been unable to find anything on the internet to resolve this thus far. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Also worth noting, immediately after trying to open the app and receiving the "will damage you computer" message, another pop-up saying "iTools Pro quit unexpectedly." I guess that means the app is immediately crashing? I have used the program on Catalina though, so i know it's compatible. Perhaps this "will damage your computer" message is causing the app to crash?
