Copy note from iPhone8/iCloud to OpenOffice document

Hi: I am trying to copy notes from my NOTES app, one at a time, from my iPhone8, via iCloud, to an Open Office document:

I see the note in iCloud that I want to move to an OpenOffice document, and am able to highlight it. I then expected that, when I right clicked on the highlighted note I would see a 'copy' option. But there doesn't seem to be one. When I click 'select all' it doesn't copy it either. So, when I go to the location I want to insert the note in my OpenOffice text and click 'paste', old previously copied text is inserted in my document.

I need to know how to transfer an iPhone8 > iCloud NOTE into OpenOffice text: where do I find the 'copy' function, please? MTIA for any help with this.

Rodney.

What browser?

I use safari and although right-click > copy/paste is not available, CTL-C > CTL-V and using the Safari menu bar for EDIT > Copy/Paste are.
