iPhone 6s not responsive!

My phone has been on the apple logo for 6 and a half hours, I tried force starting it, and setting it up on my iTunes, on my Mac, but my phone is not appearing on the Mac. WHAT DO I DO?

Connect iPhone to Computer / Mac
