the alarm on my iPhone 11 is almost inaudible. I’ve just bought it, is it a fault?
ive set the ringer volume to high. The phone rings loudly but the alarm.

Did you try to increase the volume while the alarm is being set up and the alarm chime is being selected?
I realise what was wrong now, when I was using the iPhone the alarm went off but very very quietly. When the iPhone was off (asleep) the alarm went off at proper volume. My old iPhone didn’t do this I believe. But basically it’s sorted, thank you.
