i got an iphone x and after start it manually and correctly from my previous iphone 6, like everyday my new iphone self restarts and stuck in the apple logo. after some attempt to force restart it comes back. i want to ask what is the problem of this device or apple update. i got the IOS 13.

Did this happen after the update. I've seen the iOS 13 update cause hardware issues. That can only be fixed by a secure Data Recovery company. It is a microsoldering job and is the only way to preserve your data. It's possible that a reset will fix the problem, but then you will lose any data that isn't backed up.
