Unable to install helper tools and initiate mamp

Hello, I'm using Mamp pro 5 on Mac OS 10.15.2

Mamp pro 5.6 version.

When launching mamp I'm prompt to enter my admin creds for install/update helper tools but I always get the following message.

"Either you did not provide the necessary admin credentials or the MAMP PRO package could not be initialized correctly. You can either restart the application and try again or re-install the software."

My admin creds are entered correctly, I even tried my Apple id creds but nothing.

I contacted Mamp support and added mamp apps under SECURITY & PRIVACY -> PRIVACY ACCESSIBILITY as instructed but its not working.

I completely uninstalled and re-installed mamp.pkg via terminal using sudo command but still nothing.

I'm the only admin on my mac and I never had issues with other applications. Why is this happening?

Thanks

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

This was the solution for me:

sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/de.appsolute.mampprohelper.plist

You have to change the filename in the LaunchDaemon folder, which should be different in your mac.

Hi etresoft, thanks, I did contact them.
The answer was "It looks like you are running MAMP under limited permissions, can you please reinstall MAMP PRO under root/admin account?"

This cannot be the issue and since I'm sure I have admin privileges I cannot find a reason to create/login as root.
Even if I do, doesn't it mean that everytime I need to run Mamp I also must switch to root?
Or could I change mamp owner to my admin user if I manage to update Mamp?

Are you admin?
